Daimler Conquest & Century Brake Master Cylinder Assembly (RECONDITION SERVICE)

When we receive your brake master cylinder assembly it will be fitted with a brand new

piston rod, full seal kit and any necessary internal components. It will be supplied back to you with 4 specially made copper washers for the banjo bolts. These washers are of a non-standard size and have been specially made to suit the banjo bolts for the high pressure and low pressure hose attachments. The master cylinder assembly will also be fitted with a brand new specially made large copper lock washer which acts as a seal between the 2 halves of the master cylinder body.

When fitting this replacement master cylinder assembly we strongly recommend that

you fit new replacement master cylinder flexible hoses and that you ensure that the rest

of the braking system is in perfect condition. Also please ensure that the brake fluid

reservoir tank is fully cleaned out to remove any sediment to prevent contamination to 

the rest of braking system which could effect the internal components of the new brake master cylinder.

The seal kit used in this master cylinder assembly is manufactured in the UK to the

following specifications: SAE J1401 and US Federal Standards 106.

Brake fluid, to the following specifications can be used with these seals: DOT3, DOT4,

SAE J1703,ISO 4925.

 

This master cylinder assembly fits all Daimler Conquest & Century models.

Your old master cylinder assembly unit must be sent to us for reconditioning. 

Your old unit must in a clean, undamaged and un-modified condition and drained of all

brake fluid, and extremely well packaged to avoid damage in transit.
